PRFM for the Penis: The Priapus Shot (P-Shot)
What is the P-Shot?
Priapus Shot (P-Shot), also known as the P Shot for men, is a method protected by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office that uses blood-derived growth factors to rejuvenate the penis, also known as the P-Shot.
What Can the Priapus Shot (P-Shot) Treat?

- Erectile Dysfunction (ED) treatment
- Blood flow and nerve sensation improvement
- Stronger and more intense orgasms
- More libido and a more sensitive penis
- Works alongside testosterone therapy
- Helps with sexual function after prostate surgery
- It may make the penis longer and wider
In studies around the world, P shot therapy with the Priapus Shot has demonstrated that can be an effective way to:
Make other treatments work better. If you still need Viagra or Cialis, then that treatment will have a more profound effect. It also increases sensation and pleasure. It could help improve upon the damage from diabetes mellitus and post-prostate cancer and treatments. It does not completely reverse damage from diabetes mellitus, and real experiences will depend on how severe the damage is.
- It is Proven to work in multiple studies
- No allergic reactions because we are using your own body's fluids.
- No lumpiness
- Minimal pain during the procedure, no burning from the PRFM since it's from your own body.
How is the procedure done?
First you will meet with a trained Physician and have a detailed consultation and examination for the P-shot treatment.
A local topical anesthetic (lidocaine cream) is applied to the penis for 25 minutes.
Then we draw blood from your arm (just like when you have a blood test done).
The blood is put in a machine called a centrifuge. This will be done in front of you. The machine separates the blood into different fractions and PRP is the top part.
The platelet-rich plasma is then transferred into another tube where a few drops of calcium chloride solution are mixed in to activate the platelets. Therefore platelets release growth factors into the liquid of the tube.
The PRP is then transferred into a syringe and injected into the penis. This distributes the growth factors in the proper way in the penile structures, nourishes them and helps regrowth.
