Plasmatique is a needle-free facial that uses cold plasma, an energized form of gas, at a comfortable temperature. It may help calm acne-prone skin, brighten your complexion and help skincare absorb better, with no downtime.
Sensitive skin that does not tolerate stronger treatments well
A refresh before an event, with no downtime
Not suitable during pregnancy, with a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, with epilepsy, or over open wounds or active infections. We review your health history first.
How it works
1
Consult
We look at your skin and decide whether Plasmatique alone or combined with other treatments suits you best.
2
Cleanse
Your skin is cleansed and prepared.
3
Treatment
A handheld device glides over the skin. You may feel a gentle tingling or warmth and notice a light, fresh smell.
4
Finish
Serums are applied while the skin is most receptive. You can go straight back to your day.
How cold plasma works
“Cold plasma” is gas that has been energized so it carries an electrical charge, without becoming hot. When it touches the skin, it creates short-lived, reactive particles.
Calms acne-prone skin
Cold plasma has antibacterial effects that may help reduce acne-causing bacteria and calm breakouts.
Brightens and refreshes
It may stimulate the skin’s natural renewal for a fresher, brighter look.
Boosts skincare
It may temporarily make the skin more receptive, so serums applied afterward absorb better.
Gentle
No needles, no heat damage and no downtime. A good choice for sensitive skin, and before or between other treatments.
Cold plasma has been studied in wound healing and skin care, and research on cosmetic use is still growing. Results vary from person to person.
